What we collect and why
- Newsletter signup: your email address, self-selected experience level and interests, signup source, consent timestamp, and a hashed IP address (abuse prevention). Lawful basis: consent.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
- Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not identify individuals.
How your data is stored
Subscriber data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database (hosted in the EU/UK region) and with our email service provider for the purpose of sending the newsletter. We never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe via the link in any email, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@stashly.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Retention
Unsubscribed contacts are retained on a suppression list only (so we don't email you again), and contact form messages are deleted within 12 months of resolution.
